Intersection between Yanan Rd and South North highway has this dragon totem in the middle. Story goes that construction had a lot of problems until a monk said there is a dragon hiding beneath and unless they raise a totem for the dragon, he will not allow any construction on this site. The dragon totem is there, and monk died shortly afterwards
